    The Committee on the Judiciary moves to amend the title of the bill as follows:

    H. B. 2153 –- “A Bill to amend and reenact §17A-10-16 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, and to amend and reenact §22-16A-10 of the code, all relating to permitting the Secretary of the Department of Environmental Protection to remediate any waste tire pile consisting of twenty-five tires or more.”
